Reward Redemption System with built-in Content Management System and Inventory Management System, allowing our clients to customize the type of rewards that can be redeemed at our kiosk.
Our clients can also identify the type of check-in mechanism, from EZ-Link (RFID) to scanning of members’ QR Code obtained from their mobile app.
Each check-in will based on separate check-in criteria such as campaign period, dates, time of activation, restricted by total numbers of check-in per day or per person.
Upon each successful check-in, the customer will get to choose either:
- A single gift redemption
- While Stock Last
- Free Choice (available options)
- Spin the Wheel
- Free Choice (by luck -gift hidden behind selection box)
The Reward Redemption System can be classified based on tiers. So if a customer check-in above a number that is configurable by the system, the customer will get rewarded with a higher tier gifts.
The Inventory Management System allows the clients to keep track of the number of gifts redeemed and re-stocked if it is running low.
